Our Commercial Cleaning Process

Below is a general outline of the tasks completed during at each commercial cleaning visit. Each client’s needs are different, so the checklist will be tailored to ensure each client’s specific requirements.

General Areas

  • Empty all trash bins and replace liners

  • Remove trash to designated disposal area

  • Vacuum all carpeted areas

  • Dust mop and wet mop all hard surface floors

  • Clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces (light switches, door handles, phones)

  • Dust and wipe down all surfaces (desks, tables, filing cabinets, shelves, etc.)

  • Dust picture frames

  • Clean interior glass and entry door glass

  • Dust all high areas (corners of ceiling, light fixtures, ceiling fans)

  • Dust blinds

  • Dust/Clean baseboards (damp wipe if needed)

  • Clean doors

  • Clean and polish drinking water fountain/cooler

  • Pick up scattered litter

Restrooms

  • Clean and disinfect toilets and urinals

  • Clean and disinfect sinks, faucets, and countertops

  • Wipe down mirrors

  • Refill soap, toilet paper, and paper towels (if provided)

  • Empty and disinfect trash bins and replace liners

  • Empty and disinfect sanitary receptacle

  • Dust picture frames

  • Wipe down paper towel, toilet paper, and soap dispensers

  • Dust all high areas (corners of ceiling, light fixtures, etc.)

  • Wipe down stall walls and stall doors

  • Dry mop and wet mop floors

  • Clean doors

  • Clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces (light switches, door handles, phones)

  • Sanitize assistance railing

Break Rooms/Kitchens

  • Wipe down and disinfect countertops, tables, and chairs

  • Clean sinks and faucets

  • Wipe down exterior of all appliances

  • Empty and disinfect trash and recycling bins and replace liners

  • Refill soap and paper towels (if provided)

  • Dry mop/vacuum/mop

  • Clean inside of microwave

  • Clean doors

  • Spot clean the walls near trash receptacles

  • Spot clean walls near sink and food preparation areas

  • Spot clean cabinets and top edge of cabinet doors

  • Clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces (light switches, door handles, phones)
